Sasha Cochrane, Director

Sasha has worked in social and affordable housing for more than fifteen years, across community housing, government and private-sector partnerships. She has held senior roles in community housing organisations in New South Wales and Victoria, with experience spanning business development, tenancy management, compliance, service delivery and policy. This means she understands the different pressures, priorities and accountabilities each party brings, and how to bring them together around a workable outcome.

Her focus is operational practice and sector reform, regulatory compliance, service improvement, rent management and tenancy sustainment, and helping organisations grow sustainably through scalable service models, partnerships and bids. Much of what she is asked to advise on, she has previously had to design, deliver or manage herself.

Sasha holds a Master’s degree in Business Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Community Welfare, and is a certified Senior Housing Professional with the Australasian Housing Institute.
